Ah, the City of Arts and Sciences! Valencia has many jewels, but this is undoubtedly its crown. It is a perfect fusion of art, science and nature, located in the heart of Valencia, where the Turia River was diverted and turned into a linear park that now houses this majestic space.

Tips for Visiting the City of Arts and Sciences

Buy your tickets in advance. Don't gamble with endless lines. Especially in summer, when the Valencia sun is unforgiving. Buying tickets online is the best way to avoid the wait and make the most of your time.

Dedicate a whole day. Believe me, you'll want to explore every nook and cranny without rushing. My personal recommendation is to start at the Oceanogràfic in the morning, follow with a visit to the Science Museum, and end the day with a movie at the Hemisfèric.

Wear comfortable shoes and protect yourself from the sun. The complex is large, and although walking is a delight, your feet and skin will thank you.

Take the opportunity to eat at the nearby shopping mall. The restaurants inside the complex are good, but somewhat expensive. If you prefer something cheaper, the El Saler shopping center, just across the street, offers several options for all tastes.
