Objectives

To acquire knowledge that allows students to identify, avoid, correct and prevent specific problems that may endanger the health and integrity of workers.

To teach the basic concepts and minimum requirements of the Law on Occupational Risk Prevention in the health field.

To identify and analyze the different risks that may occur in each of the phases and activities developed in the health sector.

To know the main rights and obligations that workers in the health sector must assume in relation to risk prevention.

To study the origin and causes of occupational risks related to ionizing radiation.

To analyze and study the different preventive measures, both at individual and collective level, to be taken into account when working in the presence of ionizing radiation.

Methodology

Entre el material entregado en este curso se adjunta un documento llamado Guía del Alumno dónde aparece un horario de tutorías telefónicas y una dirección de e-mail dónde podrá enviar sus consultas, dudas y ejercicios. Además recibirá los materiales didácticos que incluye el curso para poder consultarlos en cualquier momento y conservarlos una vez finalizado el mismo.La metodología a seguir es ir avanzando a lo largo del itinerario de aprendizaje online, que cuenta con una serie de temas y ejercicios. Para su evaluación, el alumno/a deberá completar todos los ejercicios propuestos en el curso. La titulación será remitida al alumno/a por correo una vez se haya comprobado que ha completado el itinerario de aprendizaje satisfactoriamente.
