Educa UNIVERSITY|JOBS & PROFESSIONS
Hello, if there's one thing I've learned throughout my life, it's that employment is not just a matter of having a paycheck at the end of the month. Work can change your life. And when we talk about Clece Employment, I assure you we're talking about something bigger than just a contract. This is about real opportunities, inclusion and how a company can make a difference for people who, like me, once felt outside the system.
Before we dive into what Clece Empleo is, let me tell you how I got here. A few years ago, after going through several rough patches, I stumbled upon a Clece recruitment program. Honestly, at first I thought it would be one of those opportunities that look good on paper, but then lead to nothing... but how wrong I was.
This program was not only focused on filling vacancies. Clece has a clear purpose: to offer employment to vulnerable groups. Yes, those groups that many times the system leaves behind. People with disabilities, victims of gender violence, long-term unemployed.... Clece not only opens doors for them, but gives them the key to get in.
Now, let's get down to the important stuff. Clece is a company that since its founding in 1992 has had a clear social purpose: to provide jobs and, most importantly, to provide opportunities. With more than 83,000 employees in Spain, Portugal and the United Kingdom, it is mainly dedicated to providing essential services, such as cleaning, maintenance and care for the elderly and dependents.
But the jewel in Clece's crown is its Clece Emplea program. This project was born to include people from vulnerable groups in the labor market. We are not talking about something small; this program offers thousands of jobs throughout the country. In 2024 alone, more than 2,800 vacancies were offered for disadvantaged groups. And how do they do it? Through virtual and face-to-face selection processes, with the support of more than 150 collaborating entities, such as the Red Cross and Caritas.
I'll be honest, the world of work can be cruel. But Clece has decided to change the rules of the game. Through Clece Emplea, the company focuses on something that many other companies do not: employment inclusion for those who need it most. Here we are not talking about eternal and dehumanizing selection processes. Clece is committed to a simple formula: videocalls for interviews, transparent processes and quick results.
In addition, Clece not only focuses on hiring vulnerable people, but also on making the process accessible to all. From virtual interviews that reduce the carbon footprint (because yes, they also think about the planet) to a series of programs that cover all types of services and profiles, such as cleaning assistants, gardening, surveillance, among others.
The short answer: yes, without a doubt. If you're looking for an opportunity, Clece Emplea is one of the best doors you can knock on. Not only do they offer you a job, but they also support you so you can get ahead. In my case, I not only found a job, but an environment where I felt valued and supported.
Also, Clece continues to innovate. For example, they launched a Employment Route, a bus that travels around different cities in Spain to bring job offers to those who can't get around. Who else is doing this? Very few.
So, if you find yourself in a complicated situation or simply looking for a change, I recommend you give Clece Empleo a try. They are not only offering jobs, they are changing lives. And believe me, I know what I'm talking about.
