Objectives

Understand the general meaning, main points and information of oral texts, well structured, transmitted orally or by technical means (telephone, television, public address system, etc.), articulated at a normal speed, in a formal or neutral register and provided that the acoustic conditions are good and the message is not distorted. These texts will deal with common topics, preferably in the personal or public spheres.

Produce oral texts, mainly in face-to-face communication, but also by telephone or other technical means, in a neutral register.

Communicate in an understandable way, even if foreign accents, pauses and hesitations are evident and repetition, paraphrasing and cooperation of interlocutors is necessary to maintain communication.

To prepare our students to successfully take the official exams from levels A1 to B2 of the Common European Framework and the First Certificate.

Methodology

Entre el material entregado en este curso se adjunta un documento llamado Guía del Alumno dónde aparece un horario de tutorías telefónicas y una dirección de e-mail dónde podrá enviar sus consultas, dudas y ejercicios. Además recibirá los materiales didácticos que incluye el curso para poder consultarlos en cualquier momento y conservarlos una vez finalizado el mismo.La metodología a seguir es ir avanzando a lo largo del itinerario de aprendizaje online, que cuenta con una serie de temas y ejercicios. Para su evaluación, el alumno/a deberá completar todos los ejercicios propuestos en el curso. La titulación será remitida al alumno/a por correo una vez se haya comprobado que ha completado el itinerario de aprendizaje satisfactoriamente.
